授業の内容（Course Description） |
|
By the end of this course you will be able to ask and answer questions as expected in the travel industry. You should be able to describe, ask/answer questions related to tour information, boarding gate procedures, On Board flight experiences, Customs and Immigration question and answer, hotel telephone enquiries, hotel front desk and concierge desk requests, guests' problems, and checking guests out of the hotel. Individual, partner, and work-group speaking activities practice new language and language you know. Video and audio are a part of in-class learning.

|
This course will help you express English as a Service Industry Professional in a clear and pleasant sounding voice. Activities focus on real-world situations. You will learn specialized vocabulary and develop the rhythm of spoken English. Students learn through a combination of small group, partner, and individual practice. This is a maximum speaking opportunity course.
