This course provides opportunities for practicing speaking and listening in English. Topics revolve around talking about Japan and the world. Lessons are introduced through pictures, followed by conversations through controlled questions. (Second of a two course sequence.)

The course is designed to improve students’ fluency in speaking English, as well as to improve vocabulary and grammar.

Final grades are calculated on the basis of 50% for class participation and 50% for the final exam.
