授業の計画(Course Syllabus)
The "Tribal Art" of Indigenous Peoples will be presented in class through photos and some videos. Also, actual objects will sometimes also be exhibitied in the classroom.

The "Tribal Art" will include such objects as statues, masks, and ritualistic implements, as well as decorative and functional objects.

These objects will be discussed from various perspectives. Why were they created? How are they used? How do they relate to the Primal Religions? What are there artistic aspects?

The majority of these artistically made objects is related to ancient Primal Religions and the roots of the world's religions and art (as well as much literature) ever since.

The cultures of Indigenous Peoples have been rapidly changing and vanishing due to the domination of the more recent modern cultures of the world. It is primarily the "Tribal Art" that will remain as physical signs of the roots of their history and the history of all of us.
