The purpose of this course is to enable students to attain an advanced level of proficiency in English.

Outline |

For the purpose of developing their English proficiency to an advanced level, this class will allow students to learn how to use effective reading strategies to improve comprehension though reading texts on various authentic topics such as culture, nature, geography, ecology and technology. Learning vocabulary and reading strategies with the aid of audio-visual materials will be presented to students to develop their reading skills.
