What will you consider as “an excellent company”? In this class, various aspects of corporate management issues will be discussed. Emphasis will be made on " Corporate Governence" by studying various cases ,good or bad, by so called "excellent company" who faced and overcame turbulances with their judgements. Each student will be required to search, think and explain in own words in this class to gain skill for accountability.
