１． Course Aims
In the criminal law general remarks, it is said that there are so many doctrines and principles.
But just memorizing these is not good enough.
What is important is to understand the reality and facts in the background.
In this lecture, at first, I will introduce real crime phenomena in Japan, and then, will proceed to the main issue.
We will use the precedent criminal law besides general textbooks.
