Course Description |

TThe course will cover Japanese language teaching methodology at the elementary school level. A variety of activities will highlight the language areas included in MEXT’s Course of Study: speaking, listening, reading, writing, discussion, traditional linguistic cultures, Japanese penmanship and calligraphy. Students will also learn about lesson plan structure and grading. In the latter half of the course, students will be required to write their own lesson plans and put them into practice.
