Course Description |
|
We are living in the era when more and more people, especially of younger generation, work in precarious condition while some, if very few, make an exorbitant amount of fortune with a click of a mouse. At this particular juncture of global history, where the conditions as well as the meanings of work seems to be in deep flux, it is urgently needed to ask questions concerning work radically as well as in broad perspective. In this seminar, attempts are made to develop deeper understandings on issues surrounding work in the context of rapidly changing globalized economy. Also, participants are expected to cultivate their own visions on their works and lives that will help them navigate themselves into their future.
