1. Course Description
“Occupational accident”shall be defined as a case in which a worker is injured, contracts a disease or is killed because of work. Since occupational accidents can cause serious loss for both the worker and the company, the efforts of preventing them must be made as much as possible.
On this lecture, we will understand the legal scheme of prevention of occupational accidents and efforts of companies for improvement of occupational safety and health condition in their enterprises.
