1. Course Description
In this seminar we study foods from various angles. If we set the point in agricultural production, for upstream we also study,for example, bio science, chemical industries...., for downstream we study food industry, restaurant and consumers' behavior...
To study these issues, every participants choose their own theme which is very free to choose if the subject relates FOOD , make profound study by themselves and give a presentation in the seminar. Based on these reports, we have discussion and share the knowledge.
