Course Description |

This course deals mainly with the General Provision of Claims and Collatera, by referring to the substantial precedent cases concerning the financial transaction.
Participants are required to make preparation and oral presentation of the theme to be dealt with as well as having learnt the fundamental knowledge related to the Civil Code covered.
