Course Description |

This course is about archaeological method and practice. Students will be expected to understand stoneknapping technology in prehistory, through collecting stone raw materials, making stone tools, and examining stone tools from Arakawadai site in Niigata prefecture, excavated by Teikyo University. This class will also train students to understand the basic surveying and excavating methods.
