Objectives |

The purpose of this course is to understand the following.
(1) Characteristics of aircraft manufacturing
(2) Basic material, manufacturing processes and equipment that can be used for aircraft structural parts.
(3) Manufacturing processes of basic aircraft parts

Outline |
|
In this lecture course, students will learn basic knowledge about materials and heat treatment that can be used for aircraft structural parts, and learn typical manufacturing process that is machining, sheet metal, bond assembly, surface treatment and paint and so on.
In addition, students will study peculiar processes of aircraft manufacturing that conform to examples of the real aircraft.
