The aim of this course is to gain essential background in bioinformatics and basic techniques to identify, obtain, and analyze research information on molecular biology using Internet tools.

This class will provide an essential background in bioinformatics, basic techniques for database and/or web-tool analysis, using PubMed, CLUSTALW, BLAST, PSORT, SOSUI, GKEGG, GO etc.
