Objectives |
|
In this course, I shall lecture on bioethics, which is problems concerning death, birth, and reproduction in hospitals. I also address other problems concerning death and birth in the modern period.

Outline |
|
In the 2nd semester, I shall lecture about problems concerning birth and reproduction as well as other problems related to life and death. Themes are birth control, ART (=assisted reproductive technology), fetus diagnosis; and clone technology with a somatic cell, regenerative technology, the study of the embryo, iatrogenic diseases, gene therapy, biotechnology, and environmental hormones.
