The professor teaching this course has had a a great deal of experience as a senior officer in both central and local governments, such as a diplomat, deputy mayor, general affairs manager and a pioneer of the "One village, one product" movement (a typical local development policy which has spread throughout Japan).
The professor is also an honorary research fellow at the University of Birmingham in England in the field of Government Administration and Sociology.
The students will learn the basic principles of Administrative Law which is the fundamental rule for the daily life.
