Objectives
Today, the role of practicing sports for health and physical fitness is extremely respected. This course consists of lectures on how sports training is carried out and how it influences athletic power, health and physical fitness from the viewpoint of good and bad effects of sports training. Through this course students will learn about the construction and function of body, they will also recognize the importance of healthy habits and have an opportunity to think about an active and healthy lifestyle in future.

Outline
This course is about the theory of sports training, to which we look mainly from the viewpoint of sports medicine. In each class, there is a lecture or a practice about each theme. Printed materials and audio-visual aids will be helpful in understanding the subject more easily.
