Objectives
The object of this practice course is to understand the following items related to the gasoline engine ;
(1) Basic structure, principle of operation and name of each part, various equipment and components of a reciprocating engine.
(2) How to disassemble/reassemble and how to adjust an engine

Outline
An actual engine– installed to an engine stand is disassembled with explaining the construction and operation of the gasoline engine for automobile. The disassembled parts, equipment and components are checked, measured and sketched, simultaneously. Engine condition is thusly confirmed. And then, the gasoline engine is reassembled after checking, measuring, sketching and reconfirmation of disassembled parts, equipment and components. Finally, gasoline engine is run after reassembly and its condition is reconfirmed.
