Objectives |

This course aims to introduce students to various real world information systems. Students will learn from specific examples what kinds of information systems have been used and how they are implemented. The course also aims to make students think about what kinds of skills are required to implement these systems and how the skills relate tp subjects in the department of Human Information Systems.

Outline |
|
In this course, lectures are given in an omnibus format. Cooperating with TISA (Tochigi Information Service Industry Association), speakers are invited from information technology companies in order to give specific examples of information systems in the real world. For example, manufacturing industry, retail industry, logistics service providers, financial business, agriculture and so on.
