Course Description |
|
In this course, we will study various analytical methods necessary to evaluate the impact of a regional investment project which are planned to revitalize local economy. It will include (a)Private Finance Initiative(PFI) and Public-Private Partnership(PPP), (b)Evaluation methods on efficiency of investments such as Discount-Cash-Flow method(DCF) and the Cash-Flow-Simulation method(CFS), (c)Input-Output Analysis and (d)Using a model case, evaluate the regional investment project's financial sustainability and spillover effects-regional sales, earnings, employments and local government's tax revenue- of the surrounding local economies.
