Course Description |

This is a basic course for foreign students to learn about major Japanese companies in the English language. This course is designed to provide an introductory framework for understanding Japanese firms in the following steps:
1. To learn about recent Japanese economy.
2. To read an introductory textbook of management theory.
3. To compare OECD countries' industries by reading one of the OECD publications.
4. To study Japanese companies by reading one of the Japanese white papers.
