Course Description |

I hate to indulge in with "what is a securities", in the lecture, rather than focusing on securities, especially the main character of capitalist society centered on stocks and corporate bonds, I will argue. We will learn historical changes and functions of these marketable securities in the framework of the Japanese securities market. I think that there is no serious inconvenience to understand the Western system by learning the Japanese securities that originally developed as a borrowing system from Western Europe. Therefore, I would like to focus on Japanese securities and learn more deeply.
