The objectives and characteristics of this course is to undesrstand and acquire the knowledge and concept of "Global Management" through the thories and the pracices,focusing on Micahel Porter.

The ultimate end of your business career is to become a viable ,capable and successful global player or leader.You can learn,in this course, basic and essential elements to achieve your future goal to bocome a capable global business person.

In the Autumn semester, after mastering,in the Spring semester,of the theories of global management focusing on the Michael Porter's Competition and Strategy, you are to create your own virtual business cases and make a presentation in the class for the interactive and productive discussion.

In this course, you are promised to make yourself be prepared succesfully for your future course of your career as a capable global player or global leader.
