(2) the ICJ as the Principal Judicial Organ of the United Nations; (3) the Composition of the ICJ; (4) Parties; (5) Jurisdiction; (6) Optional Clause System as general; (7) Reservations of the Optional Clause Declarations; (8) Proceedings; (9) Preliminary Objection; (10) Interim Measures; (11) Monetary Gold Case Principle and Intervention; (12) the Legal Forces, Interpretation and Revision of a Judgment; (13) Advisory Opinion.
