Course Description |

This course is intended for students who want to become civil servants or prepare for many kinds of
certifying examinations. A prerequisite course is Administrative Law which students are expected to take by the end of their sophomore year.
The goal of this course is to attain the top passing rate in
the examination of middle‐management civil servant. The course will, therefore, cover the following:
1)Explanations of administrative law questions which appear frequently in both civil servant
and certifying examinations.
2)Detailed instructions on primary precedents.
