Course Description |

Civil Law is one of the areas of private law. This course is designed to provide the students with the basic knowledge of Japanese civil law. In this course, we mainly deals with general principles of civil law. By reading examples or cases on Japanese civil law, we will get basic knowledge of Japanese civil law and skill of legal reasoning.
