This course aims to help you deepen your interest and understanding of the realization of compliance
in the corporate activities regarding criminal phenomena which tend to be problematic at the site of corporate activities by clarifying issues concerning criminal law and by learning representative cases. By looking at the forefront of criminal punishment of corporate activities, you can learn interpretation and application of criminal law in a concrete and practical manner.
