Course Description |

We study the psychology of personality and adaptation. In order to build good relations to others, it is important to know well your own personality and to approve each other as human existence with different personality. In this class, we deepen understanding about ourselves and others by practicing personality inventory and group work. In addition, we learn about basic knowledge of mental unhealthy and its therapy.
