Course Description |

In this class, we will read and analyse some types of historical materials mainly about Japanese medieval times. if we want to know about the exact historical aspects, then we must begin it from reading various historical documents, records or works and analyse their contents. Those types of materials were written by classicsl writing. And it contains from the latter half of Heian era in Japanese ancient ages to the first half of Edo era in early modern ages.
The students participate in must take charge of reading that type of documents and others and explaining about that contents. And after that, the joint discussion will be held with all members of this class.
