Course Description |

This course is designed for second-year students in Language Studies Department, with the aims to improve students' English skills and to develop their critical thinking abilities. American movies and short video segments will be used to learn English expressions and to strengthen grammar skills. This class will also examine how these movies reflect and represent important issues in American culture. Individual and group presentations are required in each sememster based on the movies watched in class and outside materials.
