Course Description |

Securities markets play important roles in raising funds for governments and corporations alike. They also provide securities investment opportunities to individual and institutional investors.
This course will cover the basics of securities markets and products through the spring semester, and the practical aspects of securities business during the autumn semester.
The lectures will include discussions on various current issues in the world economies and business industries allowing students to appreciate the close link between securities markets and the actual economic and business activities.
