This class aims to learn about not only the organization theory, but also how to get the skill to find the job after graduating. So, you should join the meeting with the persons who work at the companies and so on(Kigyoujin tono kouryuukai). And you should participate in the group discussion. If you are silent at the discussion, you can't pass this class. You should study hard at this class, but you will learn and get many things.
Adding to these points, this class requests to students to read the newspapers, and report about the news.
