Course Description |

This course aims to study finance, accounting, taxation and legal affairs that start-up company will tackle from their start-up till IPO time. We learn share evaluation, share transfer, sale of business, accounting and taxation of investment fund, making business plan and making capital policy on Seminar II. Fundamentally we learn same theme in two times of class, firstly learning necessary knowledge then doing actual case study. Students are required to make presentation and discussion on actual case study.
