1. Course Description
We are trying to understand ‘locality’ and ‘uniqueness’ through geographical perspectives and how to develop them with tourism. Seminar 1 and Seminar 2 also try to develop communication skills in various contexts and skills for writing graduation theses. In this fiscal year, the seminar is conducted with three themes: creating tour products in the Akigawa Valley area, creating promotion videos in Izu Oshima Island, and researching inbound tourism in Japan. The goal of this seminar is to create products using tourism perspectives for local development, so students will need to have active and creative attitudes.
