Course Description |

To utilize libraries in school education, knowledge and skills of various materials held by school libraries are essential. The aim of this class is to get a whole picture of technical services in school libraries. In anterior half, we learn about varieties and characteristics of school library media, and the selection and management of those. In latter half, information organization process in the library and the provision of the media are introduced with some exercises.
