Course Description |

This lecture deals with theory, institutions, and history of the Japanese public finance. The goal of this course is to understand the reality of Japanese public finance. There is a gap between theory and practice. This course will deal with the trends of public finance history.
Grading is based on reaction papers (20%), Mid-term exams (40%), Final Exam (40%).
