1. Course Description
The aim of this course is to study the fundamental concept and analytical tool of microeconomics that is the basis of modern economic theory. Microeconomic theory will provide some useful tools in logically thinking economic phenomenon and government policies that may affect our daily lives directly and/or indirectly. The students who take this course will study the law of supply and demand, consumer behavior, firm behavior, equilibrium under perfect competition and under imperfect competition, and the role of government policies.
