Course Description |

This course is designed to introduce some basic concept of organizational behavior and organization design. Organizations consist of members who have different attribute and desire. And, it is quite usual for organizations to have conflicts among some groups in them. In this course, we will survey fundamental terminologies and concepts of organizational behavior and organization design, including motivation, conflict, group dynamics, leadership, and organization design.
