Course Description |

We are living in the service economic society, and thus, we need to know about service and service indutry. The inherent nature of the service can not be inventoried, and this nature of service give rise to various secondary natures. This course, from the point of view of economics and management, describes the nature of services and the methods to resolve service-related problems that are caused by the nature of services. All of students can acquire the ability to resolve the various problems concerning services through the course.
