Course Description |
|
This course deals with the individual labor relations law and labor market law in Japan. The topics are as follows: basic character of Articles 27 and 28 of the Japanese Constitution; basic principles of labor law; labor standards law and labor contract law; effect of individual labor relations law; labor contract; principles of working conditions; wages and workinghours; and employment security law.
