Course Description |
|
This course deals with the individual labor relations law and labor market law in Japan. The topics are as follows: basic character of Articles 27 and 28 of the Japanese Constitution; basic principles of labor law; personnel reassignment; wages and minimum wages law; working hours and rest periods; protection of women and minors; legal reguration of labor relations termination;and workmen's accident compensation.
