Today almost every aspect of our lives is under the control of the Government. This course aims at giving students an overall perspective of Administrative Law, which is expected to control the Government effectively for the ultimate purpose of obtaining public welfare in general.
The topics covered include Administrative Case Litigation,Administrative Appeal Act and State Redress Act.
