Course Description |
|
Various activities are carried out by central and local governments to develop the welfare of people. Administrative law is the law concerning these administrative activities.
In this course, we will study the significance and role of administrative law, as well as basic principles and concepts of administrative law such as the rule of law and administrative action.
We will also learn about ensuring the effectiveness of the administration, administrative information issues, paying attention to the movement of society.
