1. |
Outline |
The students will understand that the basic functions of the helicopter with the rotor blade mechanism and aerodynamic theory. In addition, they also learn an overview of the basic control system and a task in operation including the flight safety and the mechanism of abnormal events such as LTE (Loss of Tail rotor Effectiveness).
2. |
Objectives |
The objective of this lecture is to learn the basic knowledge concerning to aerodynamic theory, flight principal and control needed for understanding the helicopter which has unique shape and system among the aircraft. In addition, the lecture aims to understand helicopter structure and system and to learn the knowledge necessary to control or design helicopters.
