Outline
The purpose of this course is to learn the following.
 (1) DNA cloning: restriction enzyme, preparation of plasmid DNA, ligation of DNA,
   colony hybridization, DNA library
 (2) Analysis of the cloned DNA: gel shift, DNA sequencing, PCR, Southern blotting
 (3) Application of recombinant DNA technology: DNA microarray, RFLP, RNA
   interference, genome editing

This course aims at understanding of the basic tools and techniques in DNA cloning and DNA analysis, and applications of recombinant DNA technology.
