Learn about the restoration and reconstruction of affected areas and affected people by the Great East Japan Earthquake and TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident. Classes mainly focus on lectures, but we will conduct a group discussion three times in total in order to enhance the communication skills and presentation skills required for university students.

Understand Japan 's energy balance policy that does not depend on nuclear energy. Learn that the basic goal of disaster reconstruction is "human revival" and acquire ethics
