In every class, after a text-based lecture, students work on problem-solving exercises or writing tasks as much as time allows. 1. They work on problem-solving exercises for basic writing skills (such as writing styles, Chinese characters, orthography, grammatical rules, paragraph writing, writing structure, subheading, correction of sentences, etc.) 2. From week 8 to week 14, students acquire the basic skills to explain facts objectively, state their own opinions logically and write essays relating to science and engineering.
