Outline
Information systems are mechanisms for collecting, processing, communicating, using of information that is necessary for organizations or society. To adequately use information systems that are using in various social scenes, we do not only learn correct knowledge and technique about information technology, but also it is important that we gather and understand information accurately, apply to organization or society. For the purpose, this course aims to acquire ability to find and resolve problems creatively with constructing deep knowledge from wide viewpoints such as humanism, social, and the overall of organizations, as background various academic fields.

This course is related to DP1, DP4.

The learners will be able to:
- explain what is information system.
- explain the purpose, system architecture, practical cases and effect, about various kinds of information systems.
- understand the problems and improvements for conventional information systems.
