Course Description

In order to preserve and utilize cultural properties and make it a reference material for history, natural science methods are indispensable. In this exercise, you will learn how to observe rocks and minerals that make up volcanic ejecta, stoneware, earthenware, a method to visualize and examine the shape and structure of cultural properties using equipment, the method of examining metal products and wood products. You will actually experience the work on preservation processing method of cultural properties at the excavation site.
