Main topics are as follows:
・Fundamentals of the drawing
・Projection
・Lines and characters
・Scaling
・Cross section
・Dimension, roughness, annotation
・Tolerance
・Drawing of typical machine elements (Flange, Screw, Coupling and Geared-transmission)

*The course constitutes by a lecture and a practice. First, students follow the lecture about the designing and drawing manner. Then, students start the practice by using the knowledge of previous lectures.

Objectives
A practice of the basic mechanical drawing in accordance with JIS standard. The practice includes the designing of machine elements.
3.
Grading Policy
Final grade will be calculated according to drawing assignments (100%). To pass, students must earn at least 60 points out of 100.
