Main topics are as follows: ・Fundamentals of the drawing ・Projection ・Lines and characters ・Scaling ・Cross section ・Dimension, roughness, annotation ・Tolerance ・Drawing of typical machine elements (Flange, Screw, Coupling and Geared-transmission)
*The course constitutes by a lecture and a practice. First, students follow the lecture about the designing and drawing manner. Then, students start the practice by using the knowledge of previous lectures.

Objectives |

A practice of the basic mechanical drawing in accordance with JIS standard. The practice includes the designing of machine elements.

Grading Policy |
|
Final grade will be calculated according to drawing assignments (100%). To pass, students must earn at least 60 points out of 100.
